Even though I get bogged down with all I have to do I’m Ok

Even though there’s so much I can’t see where to start I’m Ok

Even though it feels like the world will collapse and I’ll be in BIG trouble if I don’t get all this done right NOW I choose to know I’m doing the best I can.

Even though I’m just overwhelmed I’m OK

Even though I don’t know where to start I’m Ok

Even though people will think I don’t care, I choose to take a step back and breathe

Even though there’s a lot to do, the sun will go on shining whether I do it or not and I’m OK

Even though there is a lot to do, the birds will still sing and children will be born and plants will grow, whether I do any of this or not and I deeply and completely accept myself

I choose to say “Let me get back to you when I’ve checked my diary,” when I’m asked to do something, before I decide to say yes or no!

I choose to build a time to take everything off my desk and throw away everything I don’t need right now

I choose to get rid of the post it notes, they can go onto the list or not

I choose to let myself off the hook, I’m doing the best I can and IT’S OK!
