Even though I know in theory I can manifest anything and I beat myself up because I don’t, I deeply and completely accept myself.

Even though I have had times when I’ve manifested and it seems like I lost the ability, I deeply and completely accept myself.

Even though I’ve never lost the ability, but I don’t notice the things I manifest, I’m OK.

Even though I manifest multiple times a day and because I don’t like what I manifest, I don’t recognize what I’m doing, I deeply and completely accept myself.

What if I am manifesting all day?

What have I manifested today?

What didn’t I like, that I might have created?

How can I stop that?

I just think and there it is?

That’s scary!

Maybe I could be more careful with my thoughts

Maybe I could notice when I think something I don’t want.

Even though I manifest the things I don’t want, rather than the things I do, I deeply and completely accept myself.

Even though I manifest the things I don’t want, I’m so glad that it helps me to see what a powerful manifester I really am.

Even though I’ve been better at manifesting what I don’t want, I’d like my subconscious to know, that from now, I want the focus to be on what I DO want, so I can manifest that.

What if I spent more time thinking about what I DO want?

What if I spent time dreaming about what I want

Or drawing what I want,

Or writing what I want?

What if when I notice myself focusing on what I don’t want, I use that thought to get clearer about what I do want?

What if my subconscious did that for me out of my conscious mind?

What if we worked together to get clarity about what I do want?

What if I could focus on things I really want and manifest them easily, safely and comfortably? Wouldn’t that be great!
