Overwhelm

On the karate point

Even though I’m completely overwhelmed, I’m ok.

Even though I don’t know what to do next, I’m ok

Even though I’m never going to get all this done, I deeply and completely love and accept myself and anyone involved in setting up this pattern.

Round the points.

I’m overwhelmed

I don’t know what to do next

I’m so tired

I’m never going to get all this done

It’s not fair!

Why do I always do this?

There was probably a reason, maybe a long time ago

And that was then and this is now, and it’s ok to do it differently

On the karate point

Even though I do this every time, I’m Ok

Even though I don’t know how to do it differently….yet, I’m OK

Even though I can’t imagine how doing it differently would feel, I’m open to the possibility it might be more fun and maybe a part of me already knows how to do that.

Choosing to take a deep breath

Remembering that the world will not stop turning if I don’t do

It’s ok and I’m ok

Giving myself permission to take my time and to breathe and to Let go of the impossible and celebrate what I do.  Thanking the Universe for helping me to get my perspective back I’m OK
